The size of the drinking spout really matters, and it's bloody perfect! The ice cube secondary screw top could have better grip so you can get it nice and tight easily. Top lid is beautifully ergonomic.

I purchased 2 bottles and the free lemon tablets were a great way to trial before I started buying the range. Disappointed when they did not arrive and even more disappointed when I was told because I didn’t tick the box to receive the free items which were part of the advertisement/promotion I would not receive them. However I could make another purchase and get them at that stage, I was intending on purchasing 2 more bottles and the drops in other flavours, but this transaction stopped me shopping with them again

Disappointing that water does not stay cold for very long. Even when ice is added it melts in a very short period of time.
