All orders are processed from our Sydney warehouse. We love our product and we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible—because staying hydrated shouldn’t have to wait!

We typically dispatch orders within 24 hours, except on weekends, public holidays and during peak sale periods, which may take up to 72 hours.

• Standard Shipping: $9.95 - $12.95 within Australia | $15.95 to New Zealand
• Express Shipping: $14.95 - $16.95 within Australia | $24.95 to New Zealand
• Same Day Delivery (Greater Sydney Only): $19.95 via our delivery partner, GoPeople (cut-off is at 11 AM AEDT) 

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on orders above $85 in Australia and $110 in New Zealand.

How long does Shipping take? 

 

Within Australia:

• Standard Delivery: 3–8 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (metro areas), slightly longer for regional locations
• Sydney Metro Same Day Delivery: Same Day for orders placed before 11 AM AEDT M-F (except Weekends & Public Holidays)

 

To New Zealand:

• Standard Delivery: 6–12 business days
• Express Delivery: 3–8 business days
